Super! Thank you very much for the information. May I ask what you paid for the basement? I know, you probably can’t really compare it, since we currently don’t know if we have to build with a “weiße Wanne,” but a little indicator wouldn’t be bad.

Actually, that’s very very hard to say, since we always knew that we would ONLY build with a basement :D

With the general contractor, unfortunately you don’t get separate prices for each individual trade, but buy at a total price.

We originally inquired once, but I don’t remember exactly. The basement was somewhere around 60k (including “weiße Wanne”). The excavation (construction-side service) of course comes on top of that.

Yes, 100k (without excavation) is certainly a bit much... Given the current market situation and the size of the house, one could probably estimate around 80k nowadays in the region.

Yes okay, that's €1,030 net - still quite a different figure than €1,100 gross :D
But yes, of course still a very good price and almost €200 cheaper than mine.

Ah okay - yes, that fits. In Brandenburg, prices are certainly a few percentage points lower again.

I have already heard 100k several times here in the region for a utility basement. Partly even before Corona. To be fair, I have to admit that I do not know whether that was with or without excavation.
