Utility basement for the house size:
- Excavation on a level plot about 40k (we paid 35k for almost the same plot size).

But the entire soil must have gone to the landfill and was not uncontaminated.
Just the excavation can hardly have cost 40k?

I have already heard multiple times here in the region about 100k for a utility cellar. In some cases even before Corona. To be fair, I have to admit that I don’t know whether with or without excavation.

oh okay, wow... Maybe we also had a good secured fixed price back then that has since skyrocketed again... K

But all the earth probably had to go to the landfill and wasn’t uncontaminated.
