You wrote above "on one level". Now you mention an edge that is covered with a rail. I understand edge and rail, that is clear. I wanted to have an explanation of level and rail, but that is no longer necessary. Logically, the screed has tolerances. Nevertheless, different screed heights can be specified. The difference should perhaps be larger than the tolerance limit (see DIN 18202). For parquet and the like, the floor usually has to be treated separately anyway (sanding, vacuuming, filling with 2 to 3 mm).then you have at most a 1-2mm edge and that is covered anyway with a rail.
