Height and location plan before planning phase - costs

Hello, we have a plot of land that still needs to be partially surveyed by a surveyor (new property boundaries). Now I have already heard from various construction companies that they need an elevation and location plan before the planning phase (logical). Would I need to hire a surveyor for this (or at the same time as the partial survey...)? What does something like this cost for about 1000m²? Are there fixed fees for this?

Price information for surveying services can vary greatly depending on the respective conditions (fees are regulated nationwide, among other things). The updated cadastral plan with the new property parcel is the result of the already commissioned division; the additional survey of a few elevation points for handover to the architect usually only causes minor additional costs. So get in touch with the publicly appointed surveyor in the short term; if you are lucky, he has already recorded the elevations or can handle that during the division. Get advice on follow-up services; usually, you will also need a fine staking before the start of construction and definitely the building survey after completion.

Thank you. You are right, the surveying team includes the elevation data during the subdivision survey for a small fee.
