I find the broker's words very fair and humane

Best regards, Yvonne

after he has been just blowing steam for so long?
The loss of trust hits the broker just the same. Anyone who hires him and anyone who has to pay him afterwards, and on whose side this actor stands, should keep that in mind...

He phrases it a bit more nicely, but basically it means: "Damn, caught. There's something wrong with the house, but I don't want to admit it. Let's end this whole thing, I don't want to talk about it."

Hi, I just want to share a few experiences regarding heating types. But it is only a 121 square meter house. So far, I have experienced one winter in an elk house with llwp and infrared heating. The mentioned fan heaters are also installed in the bathroom. We have been living in the house as a couple for 8 months (since October 2016) and have used around 6000 kWh with construction electricity, residential ventilation, many electrical appliances, hot water, and infrared heating (22-23 degrees Celsius in winter), dryer, and so on. The infrared heating ran for several months, so I cannot explain where the consumption in your targeted house comes from, because we are not exactly economical either. Maybe this helps you a bit. Regards
