Hello everyone,
this year we bought a house and unfortunately have had major problems with the noise of the heat pump over the past few weeks. The noise itself in the boiler room is okay and barely audible when we close the doors, but the sound is transmitted very strongly through the pipes to the floor above (where our bedrooms are) and we hear the heat pump through our walls. This sometimes leads us to turn off the circuit breaker at night or retreat to the couch... :(
I am currently reading up on the whole topic of heat pumps and sound insulation. In the process, I also looked at the shell construction pictures again; here I see that the pipes appear to be shielded, but at the points where the clamps are, the pipes are not insulated.... is that okay, can sound spread through this?

Do you notice anything else, or do you have any idea what the problem could be or what we could do now?
Thank you very much & best regards
