I don't really know if they can communicate with each other. But we have room thermostats; I would have assumed that if the room temperature is anyway higher in summer than what we want according to the thermostat, then the air-to-water heat pump probably shouldn't heat? The air conditioning units have remote controls.

The air-water heat pump has a heating limit, so no communication is necessary.

With the controlled residential ventilation, it is necessary, otherwise you pump out the warm air, whereas it cools the warm air again through a heat exchanger.

If you cool the floor with the heat pump and the room is therefore possibly 2-3 degrees cooler, and additionally can cool the air with the [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung], so that you can go down another 1-2 degrees, that would be pretty good. Instead of 28 °C in the room, preferably a more comfortable 24 °C. Of course, this applies to all rooms.

But if there is nothing suitable at all, that is of course not nice.

There are suitable and elegant solutions for every task. And then there are difficult and special (not necessarily economical and sensible) ones. Cooling via [die Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung] requires measures equivalent to those of a typical air conditioning system. So why not just go for it?
