Yes, only for water... I guess the construction cost surcharge makes up the biggest part, as WEH is considered with a 10% surcharge and the plot area.
Proud prices.
Civil engineering.
Foundation.
Access road.
Drainage.
Killer items for every house construction in terms of costs. I know that all too well.
The deviations from the construction cost forecast in our case were significant, I had sleepless nights, I had to leave out so much later.....(had to). When the municipal utilities quoted me the price back then, I thought I had to jump out the window. 5000, over budget........ a few days earlier another position regarding BSFM, 10K gone in 3 days, just gone. And the whole revision shaft and boring crap also cost 5K. That's why I have a bad garden, our cars no carport. We are still alive.
But that's how building is. Exciting, and it always turns out different than you think.
