The planned proposal poses no problems. Please do not see problems everywhere where nothing important is present.

Got it. Yes, then you could theoretically design something differently there - but it wouldn't be more or less good, just different.

I would probably also have the door open outwards. Otherwise, it feels a bit cramped inside. I think having the toilet and sink lined up next to each other is better.

Unfortunately, the window would then be above the toilet bowl. That's not so nice, is it? I find opening the door outwards inconvenient because the wardrobe is there.

What's wrong with that? I would also find the two parts arranged in a row nicer than at an angle. Besides, you could then choose a 60 cm washbasin with a proper cabinet (e.g. Ikea Godmorgon) that can also be a bit deeper and has space for spare toilet paper, towels, etc. That’s rather not possible with the corner solution. The parapet height is 119 cm... so the toilet and washbasin can have a shared pre-wall.

What minimum parapet height do you need for this so they can stand next to each other? Is 119 comfortably enough or is that rather borderline?
The window isn’t chosen that small with 76/101.

My husband thinks that’s stupid. I also find it nicer to have a window rather on the side. But I will still go to a sanitary studio.
With the size & current placement of the window, I probably won’t mess anything up. If I rotate the toilet as you suggested, it should be exactly centered under the window.
