The height of the installation wall is usually 110-120cm, so it should fit. And you can save yourself a windowsill.
Why does the door bother the wardrobe if it opens outward?

I think it’s nice when the toilet and sink are next to each other and the wall you look at when you come in is enhanced by a nice picture or a plant or a pretty cabinet. Maybe hide the toilet behind the door. I am a fan of open doors everywhere and, in theory, can well imagine it if you look at a picture or a large plant when the door is open.

I find the order of the sanitary fixtures especially important: entrance --> washbasin --> toilet. After that come practical things like "accessibility" in the sense of: no dead spaces or having to squeeze past sanitary fixtures when opening/closing doors. Therefore, let the door open towards the hallway, which is also easier in case of an injured person because they do not block the door. After that, installation-related/practical things such as wastewater pipes, possibly acoustics (sound) / toilet not on interior walls to living spaces.

WC next to the washbasin just looks better on 182 cm width than on 160 cm width. And I would probably also have the door open outwards:

Then it is exactly opposite the washbasin.

Suggestion: Toilet where the sink is currently drawn. Sink to the left of the entrance on a shelf running all the way to the window. Door opens outward. Effect: shelf next to the sink also usable for toilet visitors (fun fact: one of the most common causes of death for mobile phones is falling into the toilet). Cleaners and toilet paper fit wonderfully under the shelf. The inclined toilet magazine reader has light from the window behind, window remains accessible.

you mean something like this: I would extend the WC partition and then tiles instead of a windowsill at the window. Although I would also look for a place to store toilet paper rolls and cleaning supplies somewhere.
