Yes, that's true, as I said with the bathtub, it's simply also a way to spend time relatively meaningfully in times of Corona. (Setting aside sustainability criteria, of course we are also wasting drinking water with it.)

I think we just have to leave the bathtub crosswise in the room at the top corner as it is. A shower function is a good idea though, and we would possibly buy this compromise with a good (!) partition mounted on the bathtub.

What would we gain with the sliding door? I also believe a bathtub is simply easier to handle and creates more freedom with the floor, whereas a classic 90 × 90 shower is much more likely to cause moisture-related falls in the bathroom. In the meantime, we also have an offer from a tiler who plans to straighten the bathtub, also crosswise at the top.

You would also use the space at the bottom of the plan from #9, namely for the basin and new: the toilet. And at the top of the plan, you would then have enough space for a generous corner bathtub, a bathtub/shower combo, or a small bathtub plus an extra shower.

Could you perhaps also enter the existing water and wastewater connections into a dimensioned sketch?

Regarding the water and sewage connections: I will still do that. Thanks. We also agreed to keep the toilet in the guest bathroom, so there will only be one 1.4 sqm place where it smells. However, this one has hot water and heating. That must suffice. Best regards, Daniel

So here it is again with measurements and water connections.

In the family bathroom, 1.95 cm away from below: the water connection

In the guest bathroom almost centrally located, this would have to be moved if you actually want the toilet closer to the door.

OT / Off-topic: I talked with Reuter and Megabad yesterday. It takes one and a half to two weeks until stocked goods currently arrive.
We are considering asking our installer after the sample selection, but actually I don’t want to. It’s simply not state-of-the-art and if I sink 20,000 euros, then I’d also like to decide myself what gets installed. F*** Corona, makes everything even more difficult.

@all: does anyone know the Werkprofi portal: apparently there are only craftsmen there who have no problem also selling Reuter goods and/or already advising with them. (two installers had agreed to it but the advice was zero... very unpleasant, had no idea about the "traditional" practices with some service providers in this trade. I had offered each time that they present an hourly billing model in euros/hour ROUGH estimate! Then we would look at stock goods together and I would get advice, which would also be paid by the hour)... Still waiting a day or two for a callback, have sent the shopping cart here and then I have to find a company again...
