Hello,

can anyone of you tell me how big a guest toilet must be at least (so the minimum dimensions)?
Only a toilet and a sink are to be installed (so no shower).

Thanks for your answers.

Regards Tatze

Hi!

So,

- with an outward-opening or sliding door
- swiveling faucet
- French/Greek toilet
- towel and paper holder at head height.........

What diameter do your visitors have?

So it gets a bit tight under 0.25 sqm – personally, I would design it a bit more generously.

Best regards,
Tomtom

Hello,

I already suspected that my question was begging to be answered with appropriately funny statements.

Therefore, I will rephrase it:

To everyone here in the forum who only have a toilet and sink in their guest bathroom (so no shower):
How many square meters is your guest bathroom and would you build it the same way again or would you plan it differently (bigger or smaller)?

Thanks for your answers
Regards
Tatze

Why don't you answer your question yourself? For example, mark out 1x2m on the floor, virtually place a sink and a toilet, and get started! Please don't forget any necessary boxing!!! But I can tell you that I have 4m² with a shower!

Morning!

The direction is simply wrong! Of course, you can save about 1 sqm here by using a 63 cm door, a mini toilet, and a spittoon instead of the washbasin – but for what purpose? So that the living room has 41 sqm instead of 40?

A guest WC should have at least 3 sqm – and another 1 sqm for the shower wouldn’t hurt either. After all, it’s also a bit of a calling card for guests – and they tend to feel rather uncomfortable in a tiled closet.

Best regards,
Tomtom

Hello,

today an architect just designed the attached guest toilet for me.

Unfortunately not in the place on the floor plan where I wanted it, and unfortunately also wider than I thought. I have to think about it first.

Regards

Peter
