I find that legitimate; you really can't do much more. Internet reviews should be taken with caution; many of them are fake. And asking for real experiences in your circle of friends and acquaintances is much more meaningful. I think that is already the lowest risk you can have. There are no guarantees in life, anywhere.

Morning everyone. Sorry, I forgot to reply with all the stress...

We agreed on €22,000. It went badly, but it's not the end of the world. In return, we canceled the tile setter and the interior door installation. So effectively, we're paying 14K.

After the agreement, I spoke again with our lawyer. He also said it's a "good deal."
