Generous open-plan layout for living, dining, and kitchen areas

I don't really like the floor plan either. Very long walking distances and in some places a lot of space.

I don't like the main bathroom because the toilet is practically in the middle of the room. The double sink has the door directly behind it. No natural light at the mirror. A lot of space, but somehow not used well.

The path from shopping to the pantry goes through 4 doors, past the fireplace, and through the entire kitchen. You will curse that. And 4 exits in the living area onto the terraces. Do you really need that many? The guest bathroom feels very narrow. Somehow I miss a guest shower. But since the guest room is upstairs, that doesn't make sense either.

The hallway and entrance area are very dark because of the canopy. I might consider a platform staircase, but that would require even more space.

I would think about creating a second entrance to the kitchen. But it is a very large kitchen. And I like that.
