Good .. settled ;):) and that’s how the bay window also makes sense.

Is the furniture layout drawn in roughly correct? For example, the living room?

The stairs have to be done differently somehow. What knee wall height and roof pitch are currently planned? Are there restrictions? What I don’t like either is the roof overhang above the kitchen window:

That’s already the north side and makes it pretty dark there. That’s certainly due to the roof connection from the garage. Does it also look that uneven from the front?

In general, other door swings don’t fit so well either, e.g. from the dining area to the terrace.

I would also consider giving the upper floor a small utility room. Space there for washing machine and dryer as well.

Many of these questions are already included in the recommended question block of at the top of the planning board ;) … maybe you can just answer the entire block.

I admit that I have a bit of a sun fetish.
The positioning on the property still offers some possibilities.
I wouldn’t want the "Wohnseite" so close to the street.

That looks like a pee-yellow elephant with a trunk... and in the trunk is a door - the only thing missing is a little heart-shaped cutout instead of the diamond-shaped one

Did you pick up the style from the Green one?

no, sorry  it wasn’t meant to be that mean. But honestly, do you think it looks nice? And take another close look at the picture, don’t you recognize the trunked animal? I thought better clear and somewhat provocative words so that the OP thinks about it again. Unless that’s just my opinion – then I gladly retract it. *edit* my wife says she doesn’t see it – then I take it back. Criticism of the floor plan remains.

I actually thought that too. Every architectural style has its right to exist, even if personally one tends to build more modernly and soberly.
