Garage extension instead of prefabricated garage

We are still pretty much at the beginning of the planning. We can definitely place the garage directly on the property boundary. There is no development plan. Since the garage is 6 meters wide, there is no problem with the distance from the house to the neighbor. But maybe it is better to leave a passage to the garden after all. For my wife, it was important that the access to the house is somehow covered.
