Hello,
we are building a house with a garage, whereby the garage is not constructed by the house building company. However, it is included in the plan and should also be part of the building notification process (Land BW). Alternatively, the garage will be submitted through a separate building application to the building authority.
I have defined the floor plan of the garage but details such as the number of doors are not entirely clarified. The garage is to be built some time after the house – however, civil engineering work and possibly the foundation slab will be carried out together with the house.
What happens, for example, if the garage is submitted to the authority with the building notification for the house and we then build the house, but the garage differs, e.g., in the number of doors?
Which arrangement is advisable here?
