Gable roof bungalow with max. 145 sqm possible on the plot?!

That is what you can see here in the drawing (?) - so apparently a hip roof bungalow, and if I interpret it correctly, there should be a huge roof overhang on the right in the plan as a terrace roof (?)

Exactly ... but the floor plan was probably only meant to give me a rough idea of the costs ... that's his standard ... city villa and bungalow with hipped roof ... *rolls eyes* ...
but I don't really like the floor plan either ... it doesn't fit our needs or ideas at all ...
The only thing it has in common with our ideas is the living area and that it's a rectangular bungalow
:-p ...

I wouldn't waste even the tiniest eighth of an inquiry on a "completely unsuitable" draft. If the general contractor only has proposals in his construction suggestion folder that don't fit, then be prepared to bypass his draftsman and in any case provide a draft created by yourself (or with a freelance architect commissioned by yourself). And check especially critically whether his satisfied customers are just uncritical "eat-all" types. Didn't you want to create a draft yourselves already, at least at the floor plan level? - What would actually be your motive for a gable roof?

For the gable roof, there's a very simple explanation ... I find the hip roof absolutely ugly *oops* ... I can't come to terms with this look and would become very unhappy ... :( ...

We haven't made a proper floor plan yet ...
What we have is the idea of how we would like to arrange the rooms ...
but no measurements or anything else on it and just drawn poorly ... :( ...
