However, I must also say that initially only a rough offer without details was created by the company via email ... there was also no personal conversation yet ... so the offer is initially based only on my rough information such as living area, etc. ... they then basically took one of their standard designs as a basis for a "cost direction" ... which partly does not make sense to me ... therefore the appointment for inquiry ...
