I need to quickly bring up the topic again. Actually, the contract regarding the house construction is supposed to be signed in December. However, construction will not start until mid-2017. I do not want to take out a loan now because otherwise I would have the "problem" with the commitment interest if I draw it only so late.

How do I handle the KfW loan now? Do I have to apply for it already if the contract for the house construction is signed in December???

Ok, I found it after all.... But it will probably still interest a few people:

In other words, it only applies from construction onwards and I still have time....

I have now also worked my way through these documents and gained the following knowledge

Single-family house new build KfW 55 with water-water heat pump and photovoltaic

KfW funding
Program 153: Loan up to max €100,000 with €5,000 grant for KfW55
in combination with Program 431: 50% grant for energy consultant
In combination with Program 270: Photovoltaic system (current interest rate only interesting with interest rate fixed for more than 5 years and top creditworthiness)

Optional: Program 124 for over €50,000. Interest OK, but interest rate fixed for max 10 years possible

Other funding
Bafa: no funding for heat pumps in new buildings, but partial reimbursement for "on-site consultation"
10,000 Houses Program Bavaria: heat pump grant over €2,000

Did I forget something?

Since we will most likely build with a developer who has the energy concept, the KfW55, and the energy certificate in their service description, the question arises whether this also counts for KfW 431.

There are subsidies for heat pumps in new buildings, and also WWWP are listed with BAFA. Have you checked whether this can be subsidized? The subsidy amounts to €4,500 after all.

That is correct. Thank you.

That would mean about €12,000 in subsidies. Or am I overlooking some points? If BAFA with the 10,000 Houses program cannot be combined, we will take the photovoltaic subsidy from the 10,000 Houses program.

Even €5,000 if the heat pump has the "Smart Grid Ready" seal and the WW storage tank has a minimum size (too lazy to look it up right now) in relation to the performance of the heat pump - then there's an additional €500 for load management.
