Which program with the ventilation is that? Which subsidy is that?

Thank you for the responses. The thing with KfW 455 is of course a shame. If I leave it out and retrofit it, I get funding; if I plan it from the beginning, I don’t get funding. Well, that’s just how it is. I couldn’t find anything more at the state level... In summary, one can probably say that I can count on KfW 153 and KfW 431. You have to see if KfW 124 is worthwhile and BAFA will probably be nothing/difficult.

Doesn't RLP have housing subsidies? In NRW there's something like that, but the income limits long ago stopped covering only low incomes. However, you have to be careful with the conditions to see if it really makes sense and suits you (e.g. 0.5% fixed interest, but there are another 0.5% fees p.a. in the fine print and the like). In Bavaria there also seems to be something regarding energy standards (10,000 houses program), passive house standard funding, etc.

Well, there is the "ISB loan for home ownership". However, it states: § 13 states that for a two-person household, this is 21,500 euros. With +60% (if I haven't miscalculated), that is 34,400 euros. I assume that this refers to gross annual income.

Oh man, there was a genius doing the calculations.

Single-family house----> 1,000 euros
Multi-family house----> 600 euros for 3 units and 3 systems.

It may also depend on the objective of the subsidy, who should get how much. But you're right, it looks totally ridiculous.
