I have been searching in that place and within +7km for about 2 years.

+7km. My God. I searched 30km around my workplace. I quickly took away this "I want to stay here in town" from my wife. Now I have 30km to work and my wife 9km. Before and now still for rent 24km and 2km.

I currently also drive 30km, so I didn't want to go further away and after that the locations have significantly worse infrastructure. If I were to move closer to work, it would, as is usual with big cities, always be more expensive.
