I can completely understand that as well. But with properties, it is more of a seller’s market. Free market economy.

I would keep searching. Was the Wiki text understandable?

My question to HilfeHilfe and the reason for not waiting for a response was based on the fact that Zaba, in his original text (which he then completely changed), had hit an even worse and more ridiculous note.

When I then wrote my post, which was originally based on HilfeHilfe’s nonsense and Zaba’s renewed provocation, Zaba completely changed his text to "I’ll just leave it at that."

Just wanted to briefly share this regarding my statement about the witch hunt and ask both of them, for the sake of everyone, to finally stop it!

*Yawn*. No one cares how you feel. But at least you spell my nickname correctly again. *Thumbs up*

Can you briefly tell us which Wiki text you mean? What are these continual provocations supposed to achieve?

After opening the thread, you never thought of answering the OP’s question, instead you just kept provoking and disturbing, and now you’re asking whether a text that I wrote and that you provocatively call Wiki was understandable??

So back to the original topic
I will talk to the bank and ask about the interest rate for the shortest possible fixed interest period (5-10 years).
Let's see what they offer me. If it's 5 years, then my plan would be to make as many special repayments as possible during this time and then hope that the interest rate does not rise sharply too quickly.
As a reason for the short fixed interest period, I could bring up a possible inheritance.

And don't forget risk protection. Forward or building savings contract. How does it look? Should it be built on immediately?
