If a stone wall (the New) is close to the wood, the wood will very likely soon rot.

And what I just noticed as well... the garden shed drains onto your property. The neighbor can still fix that ;)

Yes, he really stacked L stones on L stones for his garden house and drains onto our property and his roof is 5cm over the property line.

Unfortunately, we have very bad neighborly relations on site.
We were the last to build in the new development. On the day the house was erected, even neighbors called the public order office to stop the construction site.

At that time, our son was very sick and in the intensive care unit for several weeks, so we could not hold a topping-out ceremony, which is also held against us.

If we now stir up trouble with the neighbor, we are "completely ostracized" and we do not want to do that to our two children who should grow up here in peace.

At least we are making progress with the wall. Today we processed the first 30 bags for the foundation. However, the wall will be "only" 1 meter high, we are not allowed more. Then comes a 1 meter fence and in front of it a hedge that hopefully grows tall.

Then communicate that with him, otherwise you will always be the lackey.

Listen, Mr. Neighbor, your house is too close to the border, I'll let it go for now.

And I guarantee you he will piss on your leg wherever he can.

Congratulations on the success, show photos and be proud of it.
