Front door completely blocked - experiences?

Hello everyone,
I urgently need help because, as a layperson, I can no longer make progress with my problem. Our front door of the house is completely misaligned. It rubs on the ground on the handle side and no longer clicks into the latch without pressing the door handle down. The entire door would need to be shifted to the left. However, I don’t know how this works with my door. The procedure I have seen in some YouTube videos on the topic of "horizontal adjustment" cannot be applied because there are no screws for adjustment there. Has anyone had experience with such a door or can help me in any way? Attached are a few photos.

In one of the photos you can see the manufacturer of the door - what’s stopping you from just calling the service?

Without being able to determine the exact model, it will probably be difficult to obtain helpful information (instructions, etc.) from the manufacturer.

What exactly do you mean by "so much is botched"? Where, how, what exactly should I do?

1. Why has the door shifted? That doesn't just happen suddenly. What kind of door is it? I would say aluminum.

2. What are the washers doing in the hinge? Obviously, there was already something problematic during installation.

3. Presumably, the door expanded and warped due to the heat.

4. You can adjust the door. Best to try it out. Turn the black Allen screws so that the door lifts at the bottom.
The hinge at the top seems to be somehow broken. Maybe the pin is broken there. So first check the hinges.

5. Check the screws on the hinges to the door to see if they are actually tight. There are probably elongated holes underneath for adjustment.

Everything can be done without problems in about 30 minutes.

1. The aluminum door suddenly hung lower and was scraping on the floor.

2. The washers were installed out of ignorance to lift the door so it wouldn’t scrape anymore.

3. I don’t know, the door has been hanging like that for a while.

4. I was able to adjust the height, but not the horizontal position on the top hinge, unfortunately; nothing happens when I turn it. Maybe the pin/hinge is jammed, because I was still able to adjust it recently. The 4 mounting screws on the hinges are tight. What do you mean by adjusting at the slotted holes?

You misunderstood me - you are not supposed to look for a manual there, you are supposed to request a technician. I simply doubt that you will be able to get it properly working again yourself based on what you have seen, even with a manual...
