15 years more did not offer the Ing-Diba, meanwhile I am quite happy with it, low interest rates and in now still 13 years the remaining amount is manageable.

I also considered 15 years, but 20 years are only slightly more expensive. From my point of view, therefore, 10 or directly 20 years. Actually, I would take five, but my wife doesn't want that.

Long term, at least 15 years, longer gladly if the interest rate is right. Prepayment is hardly used.

As long as the interest rates are so low, it makes sense not to use it.
