The 85 cm at the bottom are correctly measured. It may be that the door at the top is not quite right, as it was created with Powerpoint. However, the doors are also from 1964 and definitely have special dimensions.

I have to say that 76cm is also enough. So maybe except for bringing in a sofa or something like that when moving in.
