Floor plans...a first attempt! Criticism? Praise?

Correct, but they are not narrow tubes. You can already see from the beds that they are not much wider than 2 m.

What could be improved:
Turn the staircase by 90°. This alone creates many more possibilities for room placement.

Yep, I agree with you! We are allowed to build 2.5 stories. 400,000 euros? We are not building turnkey...

What do you want to do yourself as EL? I dare to doubt that with 240 sqm living area + additional construction costs + outdoor facilities you will stay significantly below that.

Yes, as others already said: everything has to be new because the staircase runs against a wall :( Otherwise, I see a lot of circulation areas, long corridors, and narrow rooms. So, even if there should be a functioning staircase there, the floor plan as such would not be nicely habitable. Take to heart: lots of living space, little circulation area.

New floor plan with new software, but a scanned sheet? First three, now 4 children's rooms with completely new outlines?? Do you want to take us for fools?

It's hard to believe that both ideas come from you. I don't believe it either!!

P.s. Kitchen is unusable, let alone walk-in.
