Is there a special reason for the particular shape of the house and the position of the staircase? Basically, it always makes sense to have a central access to a house, so that there are short distances, meaning little traffic area and thus no long, narrow corridors.
However, I would be a bit skeptical about these designs. If it is the first approach, then okay, but if these are already real designs, you should reconsider changing the architect. We just went through this ourselves 8 weeks ago and now have an amazing result with the new architect. It might be worthwhile for you as well.
Good luck!

I find the draft bad, mainly because of the ground floor. The living/dining/kitchen situation is in my opinion completely unacceptable!

From the hallway, you first stand in a narrow (1m wide?) passage.

How big is the table? 1.4-1.6m? Placing 3 chairs side by side there will be quite tight.. with 3-4 children, so 5-6 regular users, that would be clearly too little for me! What do you do when you have visitors?
In a new building with so many children, the table should in my opinion rather be around 2.4m+, so that 8 people can sit without contortions and carrying chairs etc...

The passage to the living room also seems too narrow.. the person sitting at the head of the table probably feels like on a through street...

How is the kitchen supposed to be entered? The narrow passage can probably only be used sideways?

Children’s rooms are not really big and partly difficult to furnish...

The spaciousness in the attic floor does not fit in my opinion with the cramped conditions on the ground and upper floors...

Thank you very much for the criticism. Indeed, certain, at times substantial, deficits cannot be denied. The idea of changing the architect seems to me at least an option. Thanks again for the suggestions!
