If you plan your own rooms at the front left and rear right, a "Tetris" room always forms in between.

I would definitely separate the living room. Straighten all the slanted walls. Access through the hallway. Dining/Cooking as a separate room and switch kitchen and dining area with a cooking and/or washing island overlooking the dining area outside. Adjust/enlarge windows accordingly. I can imagine the rest very well as is.

With almost 300m² of living and usable space, the heat generator should not be installed in a niche under the stairs.
