Probably your parents-in-law support you on the farm and therefore need access to both the office and the dirty airlock?
Is the space in the airlock really enough for you? It seems quite cramped to me if two people want to enter at the same time. Besides, I would miss space for the laundry. As a rule, you leave the house wearing clean clothes and leave them in the airlock after changing, until you have to go back from the farm to the house. But work clothes usually don't go straight into the washing machine after just one wear. I personally don't like it when the clean clothes end up in the same place where the dirty work clothes were just lying... -> maybe consider planning even more shelf/storage space in the airlock at the expense of the housekeeping room?
