If you can already build on that scale, then I would plan a more exciting floor plan and a different cubature than an inflated city villa. If the money is there for such a project, then I would definitely build differently than any run-of-the-mill single-family house. Find a good architect and give them free rein. More AD than [Schöner Wohnen]. There are such fantastically beautiful houses with high living quality that were built with deep pockets.

I would have arranged the house differently. In the north the double garage partially inside the house and in the south an extension on the ground floor. The canopy from the building window should be approvable. The upper floor then goes with a full storey.

You can often change the ridge direction when you go to the district office. With a flat roof, it doesn’t matter anyway. ;)

Oh, I see. Yes, it seems that gable roof houses have to be different, but our gable roof house has the popular "urban villa floor plan" (of course slightly different ;))... my grandma's house from the 50s also has this popular floor plan... somehow they are all similar, as long as the kitchen, bathroom, stairs, office, and living room are to fit into a more open concept. Anyway: on this topic, I notice that the toilet doesn't work, it's not accessible under the refrigerator ;)
