I have created two different floor plans, one square and one rectangular.

Rectangular: What do I not like? The long corridor on the ground floor. Children’s rooms could be somewhat larger. What do I like? Children’s rooms and bedroom face south With this floor plan I would prefer a gable roof which facilitates a possible attic conversion

Square: What do I not like? Children’s rooms are not oriented to the south What do I like? Children’s rooms are nicely large With this floor plan, a tent or hipped roof would probably be more sensible. But a disadvantage for an attic conversion

Where is the staircase there?
Where are the dimensions there?

Have entered the dimensions and drawn the staircase. Although I am not sure if this is the best solution. I am open to suggestions. It does not have to be a straight staircase, it can also be a landing staircase or another form.

The staircase is way, way too small (what is that, 2.5m?) - none of it fits at all... By dimensioning, I actually meant the dimensioning of all rooms.

No, that won’t work. A site plan of the property would also be useful.
