And: if the entrance is 3 meters away from the garage door… covered… then no airlock is needed! Those are wasted square meters that can be well assigned to the storage area. But in my way, much, much more can still be changed;) I also remembered what these windows remind me of: in nearby Hamburg there are houses from the 50s on the main streets (probably elsewhere too). I actually quite like the style of that time, but here more contemporary larger grids fit better.

Thank you very much to Katja, ypg, 11ant, Klinkerhof86 and HeimatBauer for the feedback! There is a lot of helpful stuff in there. Tomorrow I am supposed to give phone feedback again, which is now much easier for me (or I will probably better arrange an on-site appointment). Unfortunately, I won’t manage to respond in more detail today, but I will definitely catch up on that in the next few days.

Much has already been written ... I still notice the covering of the first two steps. I don’t know what floor height is planned or how tall you are, but especially for tall people, there can sometimes be head clearance issues when going downstairs. Especially since this is not yet an absolute detailed plan and in reality, it might even cover 2.5 steps.

I didn’t even see the entrance area / the wardrobe, it’s that small. Absolutely impractical. I can only say something about the sauna area once it is clear and no longer covered.

To make it clear again to : it's not really about the 5 sqm, but about the lack of storage space to accommodate all coats, jackets, shoes, etc. Chest of drawers and wardrobe. And the wardrobe may, if the entrance hall is designed open to the living area with glass as here, gladly be two meters plus plus.
