Floor plan planning semi-detached house, ground floor assessment

Sorry, I only saw your post now. This is a standard floor plan that I found as one of the first examples when googling and only slightly adapted. So the exact house does not exist. But you can find dozens of examples of functional floor plans without special frills from almost every house provider.

In this particular case, that wouldn't help anyway (as a reminder: is the unfortunate fellow whom one cannot help except by praying - his property is tied to a general contractor whose lackey you wouldn't wish even on the devil's grandmother, because in direct comparison even Daffy Duck would be a paragon of competence).

Thank you very much. I like this idea for bedroom wardrobes :) We have to start with the project and for now it will be a combination of Medley and a few semi-detached houses between 125-130 sqm. I am still looking for more ideas for the entrance, wardrobe, hallway, and guest WC. There are not many examples for such smaller houses. I wish you lots of light in the (small) hallway.
