Once again

I estimate that the orange piece is approximately 275 cm

The sample images assume a floor height (<> clear room height) of only 280 cm.

Only "left" is good! You are accepting costs for earthworks around 30-50,000€ including the L-walls, only to end up without a flat walkway to the garden, but instead with a barrier up to 50cm that is not being further planned. These are all obstacles that "one actually" wants to avoid. Steps take up space, not only in the garden, and yes: I also noticed the staircase. Does that mean a net room height of about 2.50? There is not much lawn left on the area to be worked on.

Pyrrhic victories are a matter of taste; for me, they would be too expensive.

Build with the slope.
Place the basement half into the slope, open to the southwest with the beautiful view.
Which of course leads to a change in the floor plan.

Who ultimately put that expensive idea into your head? The client expressed a wish, the company implemented it immediately?

The budget does not include the earthworks and costs for shoring, right? Why don't you build with the slope? So much money to sink into an artificial reduction of the property and then no ground-level garden access?
