Hello,
I am completely new here and just wanted to show our current floor plan designs.
Maybe someone has some ideas / comments on them.
We have our own company (bus company) and are therefore building in an industrial area.
We already have a workshop hall there and have separated the front part of the property for a residential house.
The house is to be fully used by us downstairs (including 2 offices that we want to use for our business). Upstairs, the right part of the drawing is also private. The left half is completely commercial with offices and a break room, etc. This part should be accessible from the industrial property via a separate staircase so that it is completely separated from the private part.
The terrace faces south, entrance east.
Behind the house (i.e. north) is our hall.
I would be happy about comments and suggestions ; )
