Floor plan of a single-family house without a basement, 3 children's rooms, and an office

What do you think of Yvonne's idea to expand 2 floors and the roof, but make it more compact? The plot is small and there is hardly any room to create a terrace. However, there is enough space in height. I see bedrooms, an office, and a master bathroom in the roof.
