Thank you very much for all the feedback! I deliberately did not check here for a few days because we were still in the decision-making phase. I did not want to let my decision be influenced from the beginning. We took another close look at the plan with all the measurements and then looked at similarly sized already developed plots with such high walls behind the garden. Therefore, we decided not to buy the plot under any circumstances. The orientation is really the smallest problem there. Always looking at a meter-high wall, the extreme slope, and the poor orientation are simply too many negative points. Your feedback confirms this as well. We haven't been searching for long and we are not under any pressure. Therefore, we are still quite new to the topic of house construction / plots and are currently gaining experience. Since we are looking in Bavaria - near Munich - the plot will always be small. We are aware of that and it is also okay.

Then you have already made a good decision. I had the feeling that a narrow valley was to be built here. It doesn't have to be big, just what it is, but any height next to it can be disturbing.
