Not on many, but rather try playing with the positions. Yes, that’s how rooms are created, namely in 3D. In the garden, you also place a highlight in front of a planted bed. I really think that’s great. Whether I would put the toilet there now... haha, I would miss the protection at my back. But if the tub is arranged lengthwise there, it will certainly look amazing. That would be a great highlight in the house that you’d surely enjoy every day.

We did it specifically because of the WC - otherwise, there would be too little headroom

Back to the property again. I think it is quite well laid out. It gets wider at the back towards the garden. That means you have more privacy. So I would make the house narrower and as close to the street as possible. That works with the floor plan, you have a relatively high knee wall.
