What do you think of the staircase?
So far, for whatever reason, you have apparently chosen the so-called town villa, which includes the suffix "-villa" purely for well-functioning marketing reasons. The straight staircase apparently excites home builders more often but also limits planning in many areas and is not prettier than others solely because of its shape. An "ok" when walking on a staircase would not be sufficient for me; it should be comfortable in the house in the long run. Fiddling around with the straight staircase is a common topic here in the forum; just try a different staircase shape or even better a house shape (rectangle), and you will see that many of your problems will disappear. The hall is just under 15 sqm, and without this structural offset, you could hardly use anything there. You enter the house and look at the underside of a staircase; I don’t know if I would like that so much; then it would have to be a really beautiful staircase. For the bathroom on the ground floor, I would take exact measurements and shower models because as drawn, only a narrow space remains next to it; will that be a cabin or what do you intend there? The hose does not exactly make the actually sufficient 5 sqm look nice. I like the central glass front in the dining room, although I would also like to have the table centered in front of it, but that might still be a fixation of mine. Fixed glazing is nice there, maybe even a half-height plinth, so not all the way to the floor; we have it like this here, and it turned out nicely despite my initial uncertainty. In the living room, a little less sun is fine, but that would actually be far too dark for me. Above all, I am interested in how the corner area there by the door is to be used; is that a desk? Otherwise, that would be wasted space, which is also difficult to use. Upstairs, I find the access to the bathroom immediately after the staircase extremely awkward; moreover, 2-3 sqm less would probably be positive here. Look again for the shower like on the ground floor. Draw it exactly on paper to see if everything is sufficient in size and what type of shower wall you want to build. The children's room is huge, whereas the storage room is small; I do not understand why a 180 cm wide bed is drawn as standard; I would rather assume 220 cm width, even if I then do it differently; 68 cm next to the bed is already tight, also considering the otherwise used space upstairs. Actually, I miss the real furniture and their dimensions, and the exact shower construction methods as well. I do not understand how you want to sit in the living room or see rather awkwardly designed spatial conditions there too. Somehow the proportions do not feel right to me; upstairs there are (too) large rooms/bathroom, and on the ground floor, the house body is to be adapted with a "wart"; that does not yet feel like a coherent concept. Ultimately, it is also the case that I cannot recall any really beautiful, fluid floor plan in a "town villa," but I am happy to be corrected. In a real "villa" with 150 sqm per floor, playfulness can be implemented meaningfully; here, rather less so.
