Nah .. things exist ;-) ... If what you have drawn is supposed to be arranged even somewhat sensibly, you need an interior house width of about 11 to 12 m .. as I said, interior width.
Then so be it! So far, I have also planned with a 10x10 m floor plan.
there are many more concepts
Which ones?
Except:
Living as one room and dining/cooking as the second room
The problem with this "concept" is that we also like to have game nights where we'd prefer to sit at the big table.
equipped with a fireplace integrated into the partition wall, etc.
Okay. That might be a variant.
But without a site plan and further data, you just can't make a "room" like that and move partition walls around. Really *shaking head*.
And I can't understand that. It is definitely possible to just plan a floor plan haphazardly. Of course, it may be that it then doesn't fit 100% when the development plan is finalized, but then you might adjust it a bit.
If I wait until the development plan is set, then I have no time left for anything else.
If push comes to shove, I just can't take this property after all.
I don't have to build any house at all costs.
