What immediately caught my attention:

[*]terrible dining area in the kitchen
[*]inconveniently accessible dining area in the living/dining room ... maybe consider a concept of a living room and a cooking/dining room
[*]children's bathroom without a window ... never ... and have you ever used a shower with a corner entrance? The doors always open outward and everything drips everywhere. I just had that in a hotel.

[*]children's room facing north and parents facing south ... hmm
[*]the access to the parents' bedroom and bathroom .. has already been mentioned several times here
[*]where do the bicycles go?

In my opinion, there is a lot of potential for savings through replanning and adjustment of the rooms ... but that has already been mentioned as well.

That creates 37 sqm for the hallway and "gallery" (or more, because of the open space)... if you reduce that, then a reduction of the living area is less of a problem. And then the children's rooms are even smaller than the corridors. o_O

You can save on the unnecessary bay windows, the roof terrace (accessible from the bathroom, aha), the balcony, and as mentioned, the living area... but that is probably all super important, so better save on the building materials. :D

A children's bathroom without windows would not be used at all by my children, they already complain about it in hotels. They would then constantly use our bathroom and walk through the bedroom. The wall between the kitchen and living room I would at least design in such a way (i.e. not as a load-bearing wall) so that it can be easily removed later.
