Yes, it is turnkey. Flat rate according to [VOB].

I just had a longer conversation with our BU regarding saving possibilities. He asked me if we really want to build Kfw 70 or if Kfw 85 is sufficient. In that case, we could do without the ventilation system and the solar system, thus saving 12,400 EUR.

What is your opinion on this? Is it worth it? Through the KfW loan, we would save about 9,000 € in interest over 30 years.

I consider it unwise to save on the ventilation system. Even with a turnkey offer from a BU, the ancillary construction costs would still have to be paid by the builder on top. You should clarify that. Savings potential always lies in straightforward construction as well as unnecessary square meters.

I wonder how you want to save €150,000 (!!!) without making any compromises on living space and amenities? That seems very unrealistic to me.
