Hello, my wife and I are in the process of drawing our floor plan. Does the floor plan only consider the exterior wall (brick/calcium silicate brick wall) or the entire exterior wall including wall, insulation, clinker, etc.?

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, to ensure that later any distances to neighbors fit, I would directly draw in the entire wall thickness. So brick plus insulation plus my 2 cm plaster. Or brick plus insulation plus clinker.

Best regards,

Andreas

For a rough sketch, I like to take 40cm, inside 12. The interior plaster must also be taken into account, so always leave some space :)

Sorry, had to type quickly earlier...

It's about a floor plan for a house (bungalow). We want to draw the floor plan ourselves and pay attention to as many details as possible.
Later we will go to the architect, who should only correct minor things for me.
Yes, I know I can't think of everything, but of many things!

Perfect, that's what I wanted to know.
And for the interior walls, 1 cm plaster + wall + 1 cm plaster, right?

You can't manage that as a layperson!
Sorry, building a house and the technology involved is complex, that's why there is a multi-year degree for it!!!
You don't even know the detailed wall thickness. I'll just assume that you don't have the basic rules for designing a house according to all the rules of art and technology, including statics.

Just stick to sketchy doodling, write your room program to the architect and just let the trained professional handle it.
Rebuilding a layman's design statically according to the rules of technology can be enormously expensive and still be executed with errors because it can't be done otherwise.
