Hello, the idea is to combine a garage with direct access from the house with a carport and a storage room (crosswise at the front). The first draft (see attachment) is already available. All 3 "rooms" will be built solidly and equipped with a complete roof (flat roof). The carport is open both in the driving direction and on the outside; only the walls to the garage and to the storage room are solid and closed.
Now my questions:
- the floor of all 3 rooms will be made of B25 steel fiber concrete -> would you have it cut because of cracks etc.?
- we have many bicycles as well as motorcycles, so would you completely remove the wall between garage and storage room (currently there is a door)? They would of course be stored permanently in the storage room during winter and should be protected as much as possible from moisture (wet car)
- would you put the trash bins under the carport (corner)?
- the access to the garden and the terrace would be ONLY possible through the garage and the storage room besides through the house; do you see this rather as an advantage or disadvantage?
Best regards & thanks.
