Hello Gabriele,

thank you very much for your message
As a "non-expert," I first need to educate myself about "Le Corbusier."

Reducing hallway areas in general, in length or width, or entirely in design?
Do you have a more specific suggestion for me, please?

Best regards
Serdar

Hello,

many thanks, that gives me courage.
Most people usually see it critically and also scare me, finally for such an implementation.

I will round off the wall completely with a radius this evening, I find this suggestion very useful and am curious how it will work together with the bathroom and entrance.

Yes, the corridors and entrance are also my doubts... How wide should I make the corridors?

I have to deal with the roof issue next week, shed and gable roofs are allowed but I find the shed roof very nice.

Many thanks for the time and suggestion.
Best regards

Hi Olli,

Thank you very much for your encouragement.
So you would build it like this, yes?

Currently 1m, what width would you recommend?
With the current width, I would also have a collision with the bathroom door.

Here ground floor as 3D, do you mean the floor plan as 2D?:

Thanks a lot to you

Best regards

Many thanks
I'll take a look and see what I can pick up from it

Maximum buildable area is 174m2
It’s going to be tight ;D and a lot of gravel will be used

Many thanks and best regards

Hello Yvonne,

exactly, that would be completely the ground floor, and in addition I would build a basement underneath.
Yes, you are right, a good point, cloakroom and so on, I also have to place that.

The goal is to have 2 separate residential units, ground floor and upper floor, basement for building technology, laundry, sauna, and everything else that is fun.
Would you have an idea how I could implement all of this into everyday house life?

Many thanks and best regards
