Floor plan for an ugly plot shape

Form follows function. Regarding the dimensions, I would think of Le Corbusier's Modulor figure, although the ceiling height doesn't have to be the same. The drainage also offers some possibilities. Personally, I would reduce hallway areas and possibly improve lighting. And I would first let the architect come up with his ideas.

The design is refreshingly creative. Unusual room shapes can often be used with strong character – see staircase and bathroom, put a bit more imagination in here, if necessary continue rounded wall guidance at the partition walls to the shower/toilet.
Corridors with 1m are really narrow. Is a shed roof mandatory? For the comparatively compact plot, I would consider a roof terrace, a shed roof can possibly be visually suggested. Place a mini-transition room behind the garage and install a door to the kitchen. Then it is no longer so far.

I have to deal with the roof issue next week, shed and gable roofs are allowed but I find the shed roof very nice.

It is supposed to be that the visible storey is the ground floor, the rest is basement?
I find that stupid. Why have a basement on such a large area? There is no storage room on the ground floor, nor a cloakroom. Running every time into the vestibule/staircase is pointless.
If you already have a visual peculiarity, then I would also want to experience it inside the house, but not as a complicated staircase thing.

The goal is to have 2 separate residential units, ground floor and upper floor, basement for building technology, laundry, sauna, and everything else that is fun.
Would you have an idea how I could implement all of this into everyday house life?
