The draft is thought to be too complicated for me. Every saved centimeter in the south garden is bought at the cost of an impossible volume along the northern building boundary.

The staircase might not be easy to use this way.

If you want to enforce the quarter circle architecturally: then build it completely round, as a multi-purpose room on the ground floor, and place an open spiral staircase concentrically in the imagined center.

Or: alternatively save a lot of money and realize a rectangular volume 11x10m (or wherever the maximum boundaries are). I would probably do that.

Take a look at the series "Grand Designs," there are loads of interesting projects on cramped spaces. Of course, building in the UK is different - however, the ingenuity is impressive and so is the attitude of the builders towards compromises. One knowingly accepts a disadvantage in order to gain an advantage. Often, attempts to think of everything and make everything perfect either become very boring and soulless (or very expensive).

The "cubature" can become a true beauty with an asymmetrically rounded wall on one side. Everyone says that you simply can’t paint a nose on a leg. In Picasso, that is "Cubism" . I like boldness towards curves - get used to custom furniture already.

You have to somehow try out the stairs, I agree. The shape can also become brilliant.

How much time do you have? The plot, an open mind, and clear communication skills of the builders can be a great basis for an architect’s master’s thesis. It takes some time and is certainly a lot of fun.

Morning

This is not thought too complicated but bold and makes very good use of the property.
It is not about forcing a quarter circle here, but using it.
And a spiral staircase probably doesn't run better than the one intended here.

The draft reminds me of a defiant attitude of the community due to the mentioned "lack of cooperation." You don't mention something like that without reason

Is there a floor plan? I mean: 2D from above. Quite classic. I would really like to see that. Other 3D gimmicks give me a bit of eye strain.
I definitely find such designs interesting and they shouldn't be dismissed outright.

It is supposed to be that the visible floor is the ground floor, the rest is the basement? I think that’s stupid. Why have a basement on this large area? There is no storage room on the ground floor at all, nor a cloakroom. Running into the vestibule/staircase every time is pointless. If you already have an optical feature, then I would want to experience it inside the house as well, but not as a complicated staircase situation.

2D would really not be bad

The bow has something. I almost find it a pity that it is fragmented and divided into several rooms.
