Shelves in the pantry: If you are okay with about 30cm shelf depth, everything is fine.

I think there might be alternatives in the GO to not plan the bathroom facing south.
(and still keep the walk-in closet)

And on the right where the garage ends, the other property immediately begins. Does that mean it’s border development then??
