Hi, a few notes on that:

Is that a boundary-built garage?

Shelves in the pantry: If you are okay with about 30cm shelf depth, everything is fine.

I think there might be alternatives in the GO to not plan the bathroom facing south.
(and still keep the walk-in closet)
Maybe you can discuss that again with your planner...
best regards

Oh now I'm stumped. I don't know if there is a boundary construction here. How can I tell?? I have to ask... Why????

Yes, 30cm is okay for us...

We want the bathroom in the bay window so it will be tight with the dressing room :)

Hmm, you don't know how your future house will be positioned on the property? But the reason I ask is that boundary development is not permitted. Garages are still often built on the boundary because they are "privileged" under certain circumstances. For example, if you park motor vehicles in them. However, you lose this privilege if you also use this structure for other purposes. For example, as a children's room. Although there are completely different aspects to consider when using it later as living space. Keywords: floor area ratio, ceiling height, escape routes ... ah. ;)

So of course I already know where the house is on the property, but I don’t know if that counts as border development. So the house is about 3 meters away from the street.. And on the right where the garage ends, the other property immediately begins. Does that mean it’s border development then?? The neighbor next to us also has the garage on the border and upstairs he has an office, unfortunately we have to put pitched roofs on the garage...

What I know is that there must be no window above the garage on the north side...
