Floor plan draft designs - What do you think about it?

I would maybe just consider putting a door on the outside of the garage towards the front door instead of the airlock. You can also nicely roof that, and this way you can get into the front door very quickly and with dry feet.

You can save yourself the airlock and put the pantry there, and you’ll also have a nicer, bigger kitchen.

What do you think about the costs? Is 400K okay for turnkey handover?

Gas condensing boiler with solar
Underfloor heating throughout the entire ground floor and upper floor as well as basement 2
Windows plastic/aluminum
Venetian blinds on the south and west sides (electric)
Electric rather standard with network sockets here and there
No ventilation system

We are the builders and prefer not to speculate with so many stairs ;)

We are builders and are reluctant to stick our necks out for so many stairs ;)

Here, two stairs are being referred to...

So I would say off the top of my head that the price should be okay.... But that's just my unqualified layman's opinion ;-)
